FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping applies only with purchase of $500 or more for vendors or distributors only.  


Free shipping only for orders over $500.00 in United States (Fed Ex ground only). The amount of $10 COD, for insurance & handling will be added to all invoices. Quicker delivery, like Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Fed Ex Saver available with extra charge. The free shipping does not apply to systems or first party accessories.

WARRANTY
 
  • 30 day warranty on accessories and refurbished systems.
  • We do not give any credit for over stock or used returns.
  • All games and brand new systems only cover Manufacturer’s guarantee.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
 
  • Shipping and other fees that maybe incurred on returned merchandise will be at buyers/shippers expense. A 20% re-stocking fee will also be charged. 
  • All returned merchandise will be rechecked, if found out that they are in good and working condition, company has the right to ship it back. Likewise, shipping cost will be charged.
  • No exchange or return on games and brand new systems cover Manufacturer’s guarantee. 
  • Any claim for damage merchandise should be filed with carrier at time of delivery. Other claims, if any, should be communicated and faxed to Game Center Distribution, Inc with 2 days of delivery date.
PAYMENT
 
  • Merchandise remains property of Game Center Distribution, Inc. until payment is rendered in full.
  • A 2% monthly service fee will be added to your account for late payment.
  • A $20 charge will be posted to your account for returned check.
  • For all new customers , payment is only by c.o.d casher check , money order or by wire transfer 
  • For all outside USA customer wire transfer only. Customer is responsible for all the shipping, taxes, duties or import and export charges.
ORDERS
 
  • By submitting the purchase order you have just did the first step and we do not going to send your order unless you call to confirm your order.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of all the goods that listed on this website and we do not promises any backorders 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to find out what is getting shipped to him and which items was sold out or not available.
